This is not goodnight. This is goodbye.

Goodbye, Chwee Kin Keong & Ors v Digilandmall.com Pte Ltd.
Goodbye. Such a bitter sweet feeling. I really do love you, do you know that?
Your mysteries attracts me, your deep secrets just beg to be explored.
You are just so, damn difficult to crack but when we do undo you,
it was a feeling so high, so nice, so satisfactory.

I love my case, what's wrong with that?!

:::::::::::::

AHHHHHH!!!!!!

*screamed three girls in high pitch voice*

"Give me five! Hug me! We did it! It's over."

I thought our presentation was well done. Jie Wen sounds so fine! Not like an undertaker any longer. Good job!!

QnA, i thought it was a let down. Well, a little. We all know the answer. We do, its just that, under extreme pressure of 3 'lawyers' you can't really think straight and articulate your answers well.

and after the initial jumping up and down, as we were walking towards ilaw, saw Mr J and Ms Ng at cross road. and they smiled at us and Mr J says 'good job'. and the 3 girls throw such a sweet smile at him and proceeded to scream and more jumping! and those two 'lawyers' turn ard and gave us weird looks.

Haha. Well worth my night, my exhaustion. My everything.

Before i go on, you all need to understand a very important concept under contract law.

Offer + Acceptance = Contract formed

While we were at ITAS, this is the conversation more or less;

berwin; i think there's a relationship
aidah; what relationship
berwin; he made an offer.
dian; no relationship lah, she never accepted.
sham; yeah! no acceptance how can relationship be formed.

berwin; but remember that time or not? she made an offer not him.
aidah; no no! before that they know each other. and he gave his number.
berwin; accepted what. she accept his number
aidah; no! she only keyed in the number!
berwin; okay then, she did made a counter offer
aidah; what the hell counter offer?!

sham and dian; what counter offer! she was checking his number!
aidah; Oh! but there was a mistake! it wasn't his number in the end! so no contract form, therefore relationship wasn't form.
sham: yeah yeah, unilateral mistake!
aidah; equitable jurisdiction please.

this is what happened when law students began talking about relationship.
and to make it worse, talking about relationship right after presentation.
too much contract law.

we are very technical being, ya know.
we think with heads not hearts.
chey!
