off cast

the waiting room.

then this is my leg with the cast.
10 minutes later, i thought i was going to lose my limb.
and i thought my leg was about to be saw off with bits and pieces of my flesh flying around sticking to the window pane, the walls, the nurse's faces etc etc.

to help you better understand what i'm trying to say kindly go to youtube and search for "cast removal" i think you'll see a girl named lydia so click on that. that's the exact room i went into.

so that 'saw' thing right, it actually touches my skin. i could feel the cold metal.
surprisingly it didn't even hurt. it was awesome.

[my memory was full and i could only take that. i asked him to throw away my cast.]

then, the doctor checked me and said i'm fine to go and walk. without the crutches. =))
"you have been walking around right? don't bluff me!" haha, nice. but, i need a splint for 3 weeks.

the splint, is this plastic which they melted in hot water and then custom made to fit the size of my leg. it has velcro strap on it. while the person was making the splint for me, she said i can't walk with the splint or it'll crack. bottom line she said ; you cannot walk 6 weeks post injury.

you see what kind of employees CGH have.
CAN I OR CAN I NOT WALK?

because i am fucking stubborn the moment i get home, i discarded my splint and have been walking around with the aid of only ONE crutch to the horror of my grandmother. i have been spewing vulgarities at the person who said i cannot walk (although she's nice to me).

let me just turn my webcam and snap a picture of the splint for you.

Photobucket
ahh there you go, its lying on top of my blanket.
and my feet now is down below..

on a sidenote, humans are funny.
i dont know why this man cannot talk NORMALLY on the phone.
goodness, he irritates the hell out of me.

and, he continues for the next 15 minutes or so.

:::::::::::::::::::::::

so, should i use the splint tmr?
or, just use an ankle guard with one crutches?
