i was just googling my way out of boredom and came across a webpage saying "how to treat a fractured foot"
knn. i can do it at home ah! i dont even need a goddamn cast. all i need is ice pack & ice pack & loads of ice pack and a pair of crutches. and loads of painkillers. then i need to elevate my leg often.
brilliant. assuming that this webpage is reliable, i have just wasted godknows how many dollars and time wearing a cast. pffft. oh, not forgetting heart pain with my doctor.
okay relax. i think its a good thing im in cast. cause the first time i fractured by foot, i was in a backslab for a week and a half. couldn't stand the fact that my leg feels like an elephant leg so i took it off and subsitute with bandages. i started running around 2 weeks after i had the fall. couldn't be bothered to go back to the doctor anyway.
so, yes, i ran around with a fractured bone. HAHA. no wonder now when i fall it just *snap* like that! ehh can't be lah right. its a different bone now.
but that explains the pain i keep feeling after 2 years of breaking the bone. sometimes, i am truly amaze with idiosyncrasies. i'll nvr forget these dates okay. 25/02/06 & 31/05/08.
i got an sms from CGH reminding me i have an appointment. no need to remind i have nightmares of that date. but good thing ehhs that reminder, i just know that my appointment is at clinic A instead of B. does the change of venue indicates that i can take out my cast? *grins idiotically with the eyebrow emoticon Nas keeps using* okay, don't get your hopes high. don't get your hopes high.
i wanna take a picture of my cast. but! i'd figure, next time lah eh when i take it out already. i'll show you the before & after product.
